Golden Fox Recruitment is supporting a well-established environmental consultancy as they look to strengthen their surveying team in the Midlands. With a strong client base and a growing pipeline of projects, they are seeking a professional and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join them.

This role offers an excellent blend of site work across varied environments and the chance to develop within a company known for high standards and a supportive culture.

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264
• Collecting samples of suspected ACMs and ensuring accurate documentation
• Producing clear, compliant survey reports
• Communicating with clients and providing practical guidance on asbestos management
• Working safely and professionally, following all internal procedures and legislative requirements

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Experience delivering asbestos surveys across a range of property types
• A solid understanding of HSG
  264 and related regulations
• Strong communication skills and a methodical approach to work
• A full UK driving licence
