Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious residential development in Leicester. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the build process.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site operations from groundworks to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor build quality and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting to senior management.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
  
  What You'll Need to Succeed
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the bespoke or luxury house building sector.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high-quality standards.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
