About the RoleThe Customer Service team at IOSH thrive on putting the customer at the heart of all that we do. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Centre Advisor is the first point of contact to our customers via multiple channel types such as Email, Telephone, Digital and through the delivery of outbound campaigns supporting them with their prime needs whilst collaborating with our internal and external stakeholders.

Essential CriteriaWe are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience within an office‑based customer contract centre environment dealing with customer queries proficiently over the phone, via email and webchat. You will also need to demonstrate personal resilience, work independently whilst handling telephone complaints, remain calm whilst working under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and demonstrate providing great customer experiences.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience of time management and organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- Administration experience
