Customer Service Representative – Leicester

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage reception area and act as main point of contact for customers
- Schedule service appointments / MOTs and follow up with customers
- Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensuring timely authorisation for all work
- Prepare and provide invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
- Carry out site administration

Requirements
- Ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment
- Good customer‑service skills both face‑to‑face and via telephone
- Proactive in identifying customer needs and finding solutions
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and positive approach to changing circumstances / priorities
- Team‑oriented
- Good level of IT skills (Excel, Outlook)
Shift Pattern
Rotating weekly: 0600–1400 hrs, 10:00–1800 hrs, every 1 in 3 Saturdays 0700–1200 hrs.
