Customer Service Representative – Leicester

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage reception area and act as main point of contact for customers
  • Schedule service appointments / MOTs and follow up with customers
  • Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensuring timely authorisation for all work
  • Prepare and provide invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
  • Carry out site administration

Requirements

  • Ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment
  • Good customer‑service skills both face‑to‑face and via telephone
  • Proactive in identifying customer needs and finding solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and positive approach to changing circumstances / priorities
  • Team‑oriented
  • Good level of IT skills (Excel, Outlook)

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly: 0600–1400 hrs, 10:00–1800 hrs, every 1 in 3 Saturdays 0700–1200 hrs.
