ಚDental Practice Manager / Leicester, Leicestershire / Maternity Contract
M Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Leicester, Leicestershire to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a contractual basis.
Key Details- 9 month maternity contract
- Available from February 2026
- Independent, mixed practice environment
- Full time opportunity – 5 days per week available
- Monday – Friday 8.30am‑5.30pm
- From £32k per annum, negotiable depending on experience
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s dental practice management experience
- Carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice
- Marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPI’s & practice budgets
- Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader
Practice offers general dentistry alongside cosmetics & emergency dental care. 5 surgery, computerised SOE practice. Free onsite car parking available.
Qualifications- All candidates must have dental practice management experience and hold a valid DBS to be considered
