Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

Develop concept designs and technical drawings
Work alongside senior members of the team on project coordination
Work on planning applications, building regulations, and technical design
Work alongside the team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

Successfully completed your RIBA Part 3 qualification
ARB registered
Relevant post Part 3 experience would be desirable
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience working on residential or commercial projects
Strong design and technical skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
