Architect - Residential

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working once again, with an award-winning AJ100 architectural practice in Leicester, seeking an Architect with strong design and technical capability to join their expanding Residential team.

This nationally recognised, chartered architectural practice is known for its quality, reliability, and integrity, with a track record of delivering millions of square feet of residential, commercial, office, education, and healthcare spaces across the UK. Their award‑winning creative and technical teams are committed to producing commercially viable, people‑focused designs that balance innovation with practicality.

The practice has extensive experience in master planning, residential schemes, healthcare, industrial, logistics, and workplace design, and is widely respected for its ability to deliver projects that are both market‑facing and community‑focused. With a growing Residential team in Leicester, they are now looking to appoint a talented Architect to contribute to their continued success.

As an Architect within the Residential team, you will be involved in projects from concept through to completion, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will be expected to demonstrate both design flair and technical competence, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

• 2+ years post‑qualification experience as an Architect
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and technical capability
• Experience in residential projects, with knowledge of commercial schemes advantageous
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM processes desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with consultants and contractors

• Salary in the region of £38,000 - £44,000
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
