Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist architectural practice who offer expert design services to the retail and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in Kilby.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Manage and deliver retail projects from inception through to completion
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Relevant degree within architecture
- Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Vectorworks is advantageous
- Experience working on projects within the retail sector
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent technical and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Kilby area
