Maintenance Engineer
Hours:
Monday to Friday 6:00am – 14:00pm
Salary: £40,000 pa
Location:
Leicester
Join an established precision engineering company with a reputation for quality and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to keep advanced CNC and specialist machinery running at peak performance.
Benefits- £34,344 base salary

- Carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs and fault finding on specialist machinery
- Investigate faults, diagnose issues and take corrective action to reduce downtime
- Support planned preventative maintenance and major refurbishments of plant and equipment
- Work with PLC systems for fault finding and interrogation
- HNC or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Ability to fault‑find on CNC multi‑axis machinery
- Familiarity with Fanuc & Siemens controls advantageous
