Purchasing Coordinator (Engineering / CIPS)

£35,000 - £37,000 + OTD Bonus Scheme + Health Cash Plan + Cycle to Work + Enhanced Holidays + Early Finish Fridays (Mon – Thu 07:30 – 16:15, Fri 07:30 – 12:30 – 38 hrs/week).

Leicester.

• Plan and procure materials for production, minimising inventory and ensuring cost‑effective purchasing.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Identify new suppliers and negotiate commercial terms, including rebates and discount structures.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for long‑term performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues relating to quality, delivery and cost.
• Review engineering drawings and technical documentation to support procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO
  9001 procedures and company policies.

• CIPS‑qualified Purchasing Coordinator with experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Commutable to Leicester.

• Half‑day Fridays and early finish Fridays.
