Jethou Island is seeking a Full time Boatman / Engineer to join its small team. The role blends seamanship and hands-on maintenance across boats, generators, vehicles, and island systems.
You'll transport staff and subcontractors to Jethou year-round (approx. 15% of the role) while also handling diesel/petrol engines, electrical and plumbing tasks, and general island upkeep. A 42-hour week and 26 days holiday are offered;
Guernsey resident with a local GY number preferred.
