We are looking for a senior Oracle CPQ Consultant to engage on delivery tasks for current live projects and to build and grow our client base, enhancing our CPQ and CX offering in the UK. The right person will lead implementations, manage offshore and onshore consultants, and demonstrate strong people‑management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a project from concept to completion, ensuring scope, schedule and resources meet targets while achieving desired business results
- Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle software implementation projects
- Act as SME for all project tasks and deliverables
- Lead meetings with stakeholders, resources, senior managers and executives
- Serve as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes and sign‑off
- Facilitate communication across teams and update the Program Manager and Project Sponsors
- Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept
- Conduct reviews and sign‑off workshops
- Mentor team members on CX product capabilities, industry best practices, implementation and business processes
- Support business development by pursuing new opportunities, collaborating with the consulting sales team, and influencing sales decisions with options on scope, cost, time and staffing
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field)
Required Technical And Professional Expertise- 10+ years of client‑facing consulting experience
- 10+ years of experience with project lifecycle methodology
- 5+ years in Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) with experience in BML and BMQL
- Proven track record of leading successful CPQ projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support, preferably in a consulting environment
- Demonstrable experience in business development and client management
- In‑depth knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud platform, including configuration, pricing rules, workflows and integrations
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and XSL
- Experience in JavaScript and CSS for Oracle CPQ UI Customisation
- Proven experience migrating code between instances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence clients and team members

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience- Demonstrable experience in people‑management and line‑management responsibilities
- Experience with other CX modules such as Subscription Management, Field Service, Cloud Service or Field Service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
