Outdoor & Washroom Service Driver

This unique hybrid role combines outdoor park maintenance with essential washroom servicing—giving you variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a positive impact every day.

You'll support local councils by keeping parks clean and safe, collecting dog waste from public bins, while also visiting local businesses to service washroom products, including soap dispensers, feminine hygiene units, air fresheners, and more. If you enjoy physical work, friendly interaction, and the freedom of the open road, this role is for you.

• Stay active while you work:

  Park routes, customer visits, minor repairs, van prep—no two days look the same.

• Organize your van and plan daily routes for both waste collection and washroom servicing
• Collect dog waste from public bins and maintain an efficient, organized system
• Service customer washrooms by replenishing and replacing designated hygiene products
• Build friendly, long‑lasting relationships with customers and park‑goers
• Report maintenance issues such as broken locks or damaged bins
• Carry out minor repairs (e.g., using a drill for simple fixes)
• Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of services completed and report any route or product issues

• Enjoys working outdoors and staying active
• Loves meeting new people and delivering exceptional customer service
• Works well independently and confidently manages a daily schedule
• Has a clean driving licence (minor points considered after risk assessment)
• Is in good physical health—lifting and loading bags onto a trailer is required
• Is reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work
• Is willing to undergo an enhanced DBS and reference checks

This role would be 3 days per week to start with
