Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm – 6:30pm | Friday, 2:30pm – 6:30pm

GSL Education is recruiting reliable and dedicated School Cleaners to work in secondary and primary schools across the LE3 area of Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive school community, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

• Carry out general cleaning duties across classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
• Ensure toilets, staff rooms, and offices are cleaned to a high standard
• Empty bins and manage waste responsibly
• Follow school health and safety procedures and use cleaning equipment safely
• Report any maintenance or cleaning issues promptly to site management

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education
• Right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take pride in maintaining high standards

Morning shift options are also available for candidates seeking extra hours or flexible working patterns.
