In a Nutshell…
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Divisional Operations Director to join our team at Vistry, reporting directly to the Divisional Operations Director. This pivotal role offers hands-on experience supporting regional teams across the North East, North West, South Midlands and East, driving the delivery of mixed-tenure residential developments from inception to completion. The Associate Divisional Operations Director will act as a strategic partner to the regional offices, collaborating with regional managers, site teams, and functional leads to ensure operational excellence across multiple sites and teams including new business, pre-construction, design, build, commercial management, and customer service.
A core part of your role will be conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure health and safety compliance, and support site teams in delivering projects to the highest standards. You'll help drive operational excellence across your division by sharing best practice across regions, identifying risks early, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and make a tangible impact on the quality and efficiency of our operations.
This role would suit a current Construction, Commercial or Technical Lead.
Due to the travel expectations from the North East to the South East, it would be beneficial for candidates to be based in or around the Midlands.
