An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a newly established region of a highly respected main contractor.

This new region, headquartered in Leicester, will deliver projects across Buckinghamshire to Manchester, with a strong pipeline of secured work including:

• Cladding and façade remediation
• Social housing refurbishment
• Retrofit and decarbonisation projects

With 4 live projects currently underway and 6 more secured to start before Christmas, this is a great time to join a growing team with real momentum.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will play a key leadership role in the commercial success of the region.

• Full P&L responsibility across all projects
• Leading and developing a team of up to 6 Quantity Surveyors
• Overseeing procurement, cost control, and contractual compliance
• Supporting the strategic growth and structure of the commercial team

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Managing QS ready to step up
• Background in main contracting with experience in social housing, remediation, or retrofit
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial management skills

• A senior leadership role within a brand-new region
