Are you an experienced project manager passionate about delivering net zero projects? Whether your background is in renewable energy, sustainable technologies, or broader energy project management, we want to connect with you.

As The Consultus International Group continues to grow its Net Zero Implementation team, we’re building a pool of talented project managers ready to lead diverse and impactful projects.

What we’re looking for

We’re interested in project management professionals with experience managing the full project lifecycle - from initial client engagement through to physical implementation on site - across net zero technologies such as solar, wind, heat pumps, batteries, CHP, and more. You will thrive in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, taking ownership of projects with a structured, methodical approach while wearing many hats as part of a growing team.

Key attributes include:

• Strong project management skills, ideally with certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or PMQ

• Experience in sustainable or renewable energy project delivery

• Ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and risks confidently

• Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and suppliers

• Familiarity with technical documentation, CAD software, and industry regulations

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset aligned with our values
