• Coordinate project handovers, site installations, and delivery
• Oversee procurement, purchasing, and approvals in line with company processes
• Manage manufacturing, assembly, and shipment authorisations
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies (“Safety First”)
• Lead and support project teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Deputise for senior management when required
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to maintain strong relationships
• Identify and resolve project issues or non-compliance quickly and effectively

• Proven Project Management experience within electrical contracting
• Experience in food, beverage, or industrial automation sectors preferred
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-focused, and safety-minded

• Internal:
  Head of Projects, Commercial Manager, Technical Manager, Site Supervisor
• External:
  Clients, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers
