We are currently recruiting a Raw Materials Coordinator for one of the UK's leading manufacturers of paper consumables. The ideal candidate will need to have experience working within a warehouse or similar environment and to be competent using excel internal systems.

The Raw Materials Coordinator Role;
 
* Operate FLT equipment to ensure the safe unloading of raw material goods
 
* Guarantee the supply of raw materials to the production teams to ensure the continuous manufacturing of our famous products
 
* Hold accountability for the rotation of the raw materials in the warehouse ensuring compliance with governing bodies
 
* Arrange for samples of raw materials for quality control consistently as per the group procedure
 
* Produce the correct labels for stock within the warehouse
 
* Ensure the correct paperwork is produced and filed correctly in accordance with guidelines
 
* Lead the Raw Material Warehouse Operators in their daily activities
 
* Adhere to all company polices
 
* Stock control and management
 
* Liaise with the planning department regarding production schedules to ensure the raw materials are within stock
 
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using the SAP system
The Raw Materials Coordinator Candidate;
 
* Experience working within a warehouse or similar environment is required
 
* Counterbalance/Reach FLT license
 
* Demonstrable experience using computers including Microsoft office and SAP
