** Job Purpose
** The Manufacturing Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key liaison between production, planning, purchasing, engineering and quality teams to ensure schedules are met, materials are available, and production targets are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards
** Key Responsibilities
*** Coordinate with all relevant departments (Manufacturing / AME / Commercial / Supply Chain) and monitor upcoming production and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, equipment issues, or material shortages
* Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals
* Liaise with Internal Teams to ensure Materials and Tooling are available to execute manufacturing plans
* Responsible for Backlog daily management and data accuracy
* Inputting data and reporting out on the Planning change log
* Assisting with contingency planning if external issues arise
* Weekly new order review meeting and action tracking
* Raising Purchase Orders requests for material and tooling
* Supply and Demand monitoring
* Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documentation, and records

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures

Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed
