The role would suit individuals who have previous supervisory or leadership experience within a plastic injection moulding facility. You must have a strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, material handling and production requirements. The role would involve managing, coordinating and supporting a team of twenty-two direct employees within a fast paced injection mould shop. You will oversee a two-shift system operation of two eight hour shifts each day and ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis.

You will work closely with the production planner to monitor and review production working to coordinate workflow and ensure quality/efficiency. As part of your role, you will drive improvements across the shop floor, streamline processes where possible and contribute to business growth. * Managing a fast paced injection mould shop
* Responsible for coordinating, mentoring and leading a team of 22 direct reports
* Working closely with other departments to coordinate production and workflow throughout the shopfloor
