EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer, located in Hinckley, that is currently in the market for a CNC Grinder to join their company permanently. They boast a rich history of supporting globally recognised customers with safety‑critical, highly complex components.

• Matching components to production planning customer specifications
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Use of inspection equipment
• Operating universal grinding machines, ring grinders, and surface grinding machines

• Strong grinding experience
• Previous work within a precision engineering/advanced manufacturing environment such as aerospace, automotive, motor sport, nuclear, oil & gas, defence, petrochemical, power, etc.
• Ability to set and operate CNC grinding machines
• Experience using universal grinding machine; if not, surface and cylindrical grinding experience will be considered
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ability to use inspection equipment and inspect own work
• Ability to work on own initiative
