EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer, located in Hinckley, that is currently in the market for a CNC Grinder to join their company permanently. They boast a rich history of supporting globally recognised customers with safety‑critical, highly complex components.

Monday to Thursday (4 days per week), rotating morning/afternoon shifts - Overtime at premium rates

- Matching components to production planning customer specifications
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Use of inspection equipment
- Operating universal grinding machines, ring grinders, and surface grinding machines
- Strong grinding experience
- Previous work within a precision engineering/advanced manufacturing environment such as aerospace, automotive, motor sport, nuclear, oil & gas, defence, petrochemical, power, etc.
- Ability to set and operate CNC grinding machines
- Experience using universal grinding machine; if not, surface and cylindrical grinding experience will be considered
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to use inspection equipment and inspect own work
- Ability to work on own initiative
