Are you an experienced Service Technician ready to advance your career with a leading company? We are looking for a proactive and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team, responsible for a variety of service tasks including installation, commissioning, certification, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine performance verification and preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency.
- Efficiently install and commission new equipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to reduce downtime.
- Advocate and support audits, calibrations, and validation activities across PI and cross-divisional product lines.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to support business objectives.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Proven experience in Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical engineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and ability to work across multidisciplinary systems.
- Solid track record working within a customer‑facing service environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high‑quality customer service and technical support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a customer‑focused approach.
- Experience with installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and breakdown rectification.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, showing adaptability and a proactive attitude.
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days.
