Welder and Fabricator (4 Day Week) £35,000 - £37,640 per hour  Company Benefits  Bonus  Enhanced Holiday  Optional Overtime  4 day week Coalville Are you an a Welder/Fabricator with a background in MIG Welding or similar, looking for full-time role with structured shifts, great benefits, and the chance to join an expanding, well-established manufacturer? Join a family-run business in Coalville, trading for over 40 years, that designs and builds machinery for the mining, quarrying, and recycling industries.

You will be responsible for MIG welding mild steel components ranging from 3mm to 25mm thick, working to tolerances of 2mm. This role involves multi-run, positional welding including vertical and overhead welds, as well as general fabrication from engineering drawings. You'll work in a bench-based, industrial environment as part of a five-person fabrication team, reporting directly to the Fabrication Manager.

This position would suit a Welder/Fabricator with a background in MIG Welding looking for a 4 day week in an established manufacturer.

The Role Carry out MIG welding on mild steel (3mm - 25mm) to 2mm tolerances Perform multi-run, positional welds (including vertical and overhead) Work from detailed engineering drawings Support general fabrication tasks using grinders, welders, and hand tools Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
