Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 37.5 hours paid per week. Overtime available.

DC Personnel are recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company operating from a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with outstanding tools, equipment, and working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble powered and non-powered equipment using a variety of components

• Use hand and air tools to build, inspect, and finish products to high-quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation

• Ensure all tasks comply with strict company quality and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience using hand and power tools (assembly, production, or warehouse environments preferred)

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

• Excellent reliability and timekeeping, punctuality is essential

• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistent quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy workspace
