• Perform regular checks and audits on meat and non‑meat ingredients (GMP, traceability, fabrication, etc.) to monitor compliance with food safety requirements and prepare the necessary reports.
• Calibrate scales, temperature probes and other measuring devices.
• Collect micro samples, water samples and environmental swabs.
• Monitor production lines to ensure product safety, quality and compliance with customer requirements.
• Co‑ordinate and take part in daily taste panels and log results into Excel.
• Audit production documentation and procedures for foreign body controls (including glass & hard plastic audit).
