IMS Advisor

LKAB Minerals UK are looking for an IMS Advisor to join the quality team on a 12 month contract to cover Maternity Leave.

In this role the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company Information Management System. The role has responsibilities to carry out internal audits and providing external audit support to the organisation across all ISO standards, as well as reviewing and embedding audit actions to ensure audit actions and system improvements are implemented to prevent non-conformities and safeguarding compliance to our ISO standards.

• Administering and developing the company IMS, including embedding a strong culture of document control
• Providing support to external audits and undertaking internal audits across our locations
• Supporting sites and functions to act on audit findings
• Assisting the Head of Quality & Management Systems with other duties when required
• Identifying and upskilling on regulatory and legislative changes applicable to the role

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards (including HACCP)

Derby or Scunthorpe, but travel across the 10 UK sites would be expected.
