Salary: £25,750 base salary + performance-related bonus (OTE £1,000/month, uncapped)

• Sell our award-winning legal services to warm leads—people already in the process of moving house.
• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and email communication.
• Maintain high conversion rates from lead to sale, achieving growth and sales targets.

• Sales experience and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining sales results.
• General IT proficiency (email, internet, keyboard skills).
• Willingness to commute to Enderby, Leicester.
