Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Leicester (with weekly office visits)

Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 per year

Benefits: Commission based on book value

Role Summary:

We are looking for multiple experienced Account Executives to help service and expand a £2m income portfolio, with a particular focus on engineering and manufacturing clients. You will have the freedom to build and grow your own book, with existing relationships outside of these sectors also highly valued. This is an opportunity to join a growth-driven firm where your contribution is recognised and financially rewarded through a commission model directly linked to book value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an established £2m income portfolio, ensuring clients receive tailored service and attention
  • Develop new business opportunities, any sector welcome, with added financial benefits for introducing existing relationships
  • Work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative environment that values autonomy and forward-thinking approaches
  • Contribute to the firm’s long-term growth strategy following significant recent investment
  • Attend weekly office visits while enjoying the flexibility of managing your client relationships independently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in commercial insurance
  • Strong track record of managing and growing a profitable portfolio
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships across engineering, manufacturing, or wider commercial sectors
  • Self-motivated with the drive to develop new income streams
  • Confident operating with both independence and as part of a collaborative team
