We help and support our customers with making contact with customers who have been in contact with us first, yes, you’ll only speak to customers who have been in contact with us first! What a dream.

We strive for an amazing service, that’s both accessible and affordable for clients, this is not your typical high pressure, sales role and that’s why we don’t label it as a sales executive.

If you enjoy speaking to customers, want to offer the right service for them and have a sense of achievement each day, this role would be the right fit for you.

This role is telephone based, so prior experience working within a sales or customer service role is going to be essential as there is no hiding away from the telephone communication.

In a nutshell, you’ll be interacting with customers to carry out initial reviews of their needs, assisting them with the product they require, no pushy sales tactics just an offering and a solution.

The best part, you will regularly receive new customer warm leads to help you on your way to achieving your monthly sales target.

The must haves:

• Previous telesales or customer service experience within a telephone based role
• Personable, outgoing, engaging and energetic
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Passionate about outstanding customer service
