• Assist with the running of the parts department, helping customers with their parts enquiries, and providing expert advice on commercial vehicle parts
• Accurately identify parts using parts catalogues and industry systems
• Process Orders, ensuring correct parts are supplied in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal departments such as the workshop and external suppliers to source parts
• Maintain stock levels, carry out inventory checks, and manage incoming deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, building strong client relationships
• Keep up to date with the latest in product lines, technology, and industry trends.

  Mon – Fri: 10:30 – 20:00. Sat: 08:00 – 12:00 (Sat paid at overtime)

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles parts
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems,
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
• Natural ability to sell to customers
• Self-motivated to work on own initiative

• Experience working with the Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks product
• Experience working within a Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks dealership.
• Forklift Driver or HGV Drivers licence
