LEV Technical Sales Manager
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + up to 25% company bonus
Benefits:
Company car or allowance (BMW/Mercedes - personal use included), pension (3-5%), 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00, Friday 8:30-3:30 (early Friday finish)
Location:
UK-wide travel with site visits | Monday-Friday

Sales team of 6, reporting to Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong knowledge of LEV systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling LEV solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to project handover. This is a varied, technically engaging role combining client interaction and business development, with an anticipated annual sales target of £1m+.
Key Responsibilities- Sell LEV systems and associated equipment
- Tailor customer solutions to individual needs
- Respond to enquiries and proactively generate new sales leads
- Visit customer sites to carry out surveys and assess requirements
- Produce conceptual system designs, calculations and equipment selection
- Prepare detailed technical quotations and present proposals to clients
- Work closely with internal sales, projects and technical teams
- Maintain accurate records in line with quality systems and follow up quotations
- Handover secured projects to project management teams
- Develop business through existing enquiries, own client base and new opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of LEV systems and applications
- Understanding of COSHH, HSG
258 and relevant LEV guidance - Ability to size ductwork and calculate airflows and pressure losses
- Experience with air handling or pneumatic conveying systems
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Good IT skills (MS Office essential; CAD/3D desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
- Professional LEV qualifications (BOHS P600/P602) advantageous
- Established sales team with real progression opportunities
