Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Leicester location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored signage solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, and collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure project success. The Sales Associate will also play a role in promoting services to potential clients and assisting in the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and present solutions effectively.
• Sales skills, including customer service, outreach, client consultation, and managing client projects.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail to handle schedules, quotes, and deadlines effectively.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client concerns and deliver optimal solutions.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to sales and customer management.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of signage, graphics, or related industries is a plus but not required.
• A customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to exceeding expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A background in sales or marketing is a strong advantage.
