A regional swimming club in Leicester is seeking an enthusiastic Performance Coach to lead coaching efforts for age group swimmers. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in swimming coaching and a passion for developing swimmers to reach their full potential at Regional and National levels. This full-time position offers a supportive and inclusive work culture, with flexible holiday allowances.
