Class 2 Driver

Class 2 Driver.

We are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work for our client who are based near Bardon, Leicester, East Midlands

THE DUTIES:

You must hold a valid Class 2 Licence & an ASAP Start.

* Safely drive and operate a Class 2 RORO vehicle.

* Accurately load and secure containers to the vehicle using the hook-loader system.

* Transport waste materials, including general waste, construction waste and recyclables

* Complete daily vehicle checks sheets, and complete job tickets

* Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy

ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

* Must hold a valid Class 2 driving licence – No more than 6 points on your licence.

* Full RORO Training and Induction provided.

* Must be available to start immediately

* Must be physically fit and able.

THE

HOURS:

46 hours

Shift Pattern: 4 On/ 4 Off – 6am – 6pm

11.5 hours per day with 30 minutes unpaid break.

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate of £15.50 to start, once training is complete the rate will be up to £16.50 per hour.
