We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join the Global Safety & Support team of a major social media platform. You will evaluate, classify, and moderate content to ensure a safe online environment for users while working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) in Dutch according to platform policies.
Identify and elevate potential risks, harmful behavior, or violations of community guidelines.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while meeting personal and team KPIs.
Provide feedback to help optimize policy updates and content moderation workflows.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve user safety.
RequirementsNative or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level).
Good command of English for internal communication and training.
Strong awareness of social media trends and online culture.
Ability to handle sensitive content, including potentially distressing material.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is an advantage but not mandatory.
