Are you a hands-on Engineer with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have solid experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering, and a strong understanding of pump systems? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Field Service Engineer at Grundfos, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and servicing our industry-leading pump systems. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’ll ensure our customers receive timely, professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly.

• Programing and optimizing our products to the customers’ requirements.
• Disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing pump systems
• Advising customers on system improvements and preventative solutions
• Handling service and warranty matters, with support from technical teams
• Preparing and submitting detailed service reports
• Supporting installations and commissioning projects
• Executing maintenance services under SLAs
• Providing feedback and input for repair quotations
• Continuously developing your technical skills and mastering service tools
• Promoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessments

• Industry experience or a similar technical environment
• Strong knowledge of pump technology
• Technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience with diesel engines (desirable)
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong time management
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
• A customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
• Digital literacy and familiarity with service tools and systems
