Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on food processing and packaging machinery.
Diagnose and resolve faults, including work involving PLC systems.
Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities to maintain operational efficiency.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing environment and be electrically biased, holding a recognised qualification in electrical or multi-skilled engineering, along with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Desired Qualifications
BTEC/ONC in Electrical or Multi-skilled Engineering.
City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 Electro-Technical certification with NVQ Level 3 Electrical Maintenance.
Time-served apprenticeship or HNC-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
