Do you have CNC turning and programming experience (using Manual Guide I)? Are you looking for a new role within an industry‑leading engineering company known for excellent staff retention, offering a 4‑day week with great earning potential and training opportunities?

Due to continued growth and new contracts, our client is looking for CNC programmers to join the team at a state‑of‑the‑art facility near Leighton Buzzard. The successful applicant will set, operate and program CNC lathes, work to product drawings and specifications, inspect parts to ensure company, industry and customer standards are met, and play a key role in maintaining efficient production while upholding high standards.

• Setting, Programming & Operating CNC Lathes
• Monday - Thursday – Late shifts
• Inspecting machined parts

• Has worked with Manual Guide I & G Codes
• CNC machining and programming experience (turning)
• Can commute to Leighton Buzzard
