We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and supportive Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon for our team at Ark House Vets. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership to help shape the future of the practice.

Salary up to £75,000 DOE, plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance and up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus.

• Provide high-quality veterinary care in both consultations and surgery
• Lead by example with clear, compassionate communication
• Support, mentor, and inspire junior vets and nurses
• Act as a clinical role model, ensuring best practice in line with RCVS and IVC Evidensia guidelines
• Work with the management team on strategic planning, performance management and exploring new opportunities

The full‑time rota will include 35‑40 hours over 4 days per week with 1‑4 Saturday mornings. We are also open to discussing part‑time hours for the right candidate, with no out‑of‑hours or on‑call requirement.

Ivc Evidensia UK is a single‑site practice situated on the Beds/Bucks border. We focus on providing gold‑standard care to both pets and clients, supported by a team of confident vets, RN specialists and excellent front‑of‑house staff.
