As part of our Project Management Graduate Programme, you will work on one of the most exciting and significant sustainable energy projects in the UK – Sizewell C, a nuclear new build in Suffolk that will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for at least 60 years.

You will be involved in live multi‑discipline projects, learning and upskilling in many areas of our business. Previous graduates have gone on to become Project Engineers and Project Managers.
Your Work LocationYou will be based at our Sizewell C offices in Suffolk with placements of up to 6 months. You may also be required to travel to other locations to support business units and expand your knowledge of the nuclear industry.
Who You AreTo be eligible, you should have achieved or be expecting to achieve a bachelor's degree or higher (2:2 or higher) in Project Management, Civil or Structural Engineering.

Effective interpersonal skills, high ethical behaviour, integrity, humility and character are essential.
Effective communication skills are required to manage stakeholders while prioritising competing demands.
Pay, Benefits and CultureStarting salary of £35,000 per annum, with potential for an annual bonus and a market‑leading pension scheme.
