Do you have hands?on experience managing baseline or change control processes within a major programme or complex project environment? Opportunity

This opportunity has arisen due to major programme expansion and the need for robust, disciplined project controls as delivery accelerates. In this role, you will shape how baseline and change processes are applied across a dynamic, fast?moving environment—working alongside senior stakeholders, highly skilled delivery teams, and a well?established Programme Management Office. Responsibilities
  • Support the Baseline & Change Lead in ensuring the effective use of change management processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate change management activities across the Delivery Programme.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all change?related queries.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining baseline management strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Coordinate Schedule, Cost, Risk, and PMO inputs to enable end?to?end changes across baselines, contracts, and governance.
  • Ensure governance processes are followed in line with the project reporting cycle.
  • Support creation of monthly Baseline & Change reports.
  • Oversee weekly and monthly routines to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Promote consistent application of project controls across the programme.
  • Advise Project Managers, Change Owners, and Supply Chain partners on change control procedures.
  • Collaborate with Project Controls Managers and Change Managers to ensure changes are identified, assessed, and delivered.
  • Facilitate change requests for engineering and delivery teams.
  • Review change proposals for completeness and alignment with the baseline.
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on change processes and tools.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to improve understanding and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree?level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in programme, project, controls, or commercial management.
  • Understanding of WBS/CBS structures and change control principles.
  • Knowledge of governance, planning, risk analysis, and major project delivery.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a complex corporate environment.
Additional desirable qualifications
  • Professional certifications (APM, PMI, ICE, RICS etc.).
  • Experience shaping strategic change on major programmes.
  • Experience managing contractors/consultants within regulated or complex projects.
  • Membership or fellowship of a relevant professional body.
  • Working knowledge of project controls processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management or governance software.
  • Understanding of contract management (including EWNs and workflow processes).
  • Experience maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Ability to chair meetings and workshops.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
