Service Care Solutions are delighted to be supporting a highly respected Scottish firm who are looking to welcome a talented and experienced Residential Conveyancing Senior Associate or Partner to their dynamic and forward-thinking team in Edinburgh.
This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer ready to step into a senior, client-facing position with real influence, visibility, and progression potential.

You will be responsible for:

Providing a high-quality service across sales, purchases, and remortgages
Managing complex files and/or high-net-worth client work
Delivering against fee income targets and maintaining accurate time recording
Ensuring compliance with the monthly fee earner certificate process
Keeping up to date with legal, regulatory, and market developments

The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong legal knowledge with in-depth technical residential conveyancing experience
The confidence and ability to handle complex matters independently
A commitment to outstanding client care, delivered in a personable and accessible way
Experience supervising or supporting less-qualified team members
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to meet fee targets and maintain excellent realisation rates
