• Einhaltung von Sicherheit und Qualität:
  Halten Sie strenge Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards ein und tragen Sie zu einer Kultur der Exzellenz und Verantwortlichkeit bei.
• Operative Unterstützung:
  Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeiter bei der Ausführung komplexer Fertigungsaufgaben, Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs und Einhaltung von Prozessstandards
• Prozess-Ausführung:
  Selbstständige Durchführung von Produktionsschritten in Übereinstimmung mit detaillierten Spezifikationen und Reinraumprotokollen
• Prozessdokumentation:
  Genaue Aufzeichnung von Prozessparametern und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen zur Gewährleistung der Produktintegrität und Rückverfolgbarkeit
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung:
  Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Möglichkeiten zur Prozessoptimierung zu identifizieren und effektive Lösungen zu implementieren
• Schulung & Mentoring:
  Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Teammitglieder, Weitergabe bewährter Verfahren und Förderung einer kollaborativen Arbeitsumgebung

• Bildungshintergrund:
  Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Bereich oder einschlägige praktische Erfahrung in einer Produktionsumgebung
• Branchenkenntnisse:
  Vertrautheit mit Halbleiterfertigungsprozessen ist ein Plus
• Teamgeist:
  Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Einstellung zur Teamarbeit
• Flexibilität:
  Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Arbeiten unter Reinraum Bedingungen.
• Deutschkenntnisse (C1), Englisch von Vorteil

  Independently carry out production steps in accordance with detailed specifications and cleanroom protocols

  Accurately record process parameters and conduct quality inspections to ensure product integrity and traceability
• Continuous Improvement:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions
• Training & Mentorship:
  Support the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment

• Educational Background:
  Completed vocational training in a technical field or relevant hands‑on experience in a production environment
• Industry Knowledge:
  Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus
• Team Spirit:
  Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the demands of a cleanroom setting
• Fluent in German (C1), English (B1)
