Are you a recent graduate or college leaver with an interest in audio-visual technology, sound engineering or electronics, looking to build a long-term career in the high-end residential AV industry?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist company that designs and installs luxury home audio-visual systems. You'll receive full training, hands-on experience, and the chance to progress into a fully qualified AV Engineer position within a growing and supportive team.

During your first six months, you'll gain exposure to a variety of live projects while completing manufacturer-led training in control systems, lighting, and more-some delivered online and others in person. Over time, you'll become a qualified AV Engineer, capable of delivering full high-end residential installations for prestigious clients.

• Assist in the installation and setup of bespoke home audio-visual systems
• Participate in structured training and manufacturer-led development courses
• Gain exposure to a range of live residential AV projects
• Progress to a fully qualified AV Engineer role with clear long-term development

• Degree or college background in AV, sound engineering, electronics, or related discipline
• Passion for technology, music, and home automation
• Enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to learn
• Commutable to Letchworth Garden City and happy to travel when required
