Letchworth Garden City (Commutable from Luton, Cambridge, St Neots, Biggleswade, Stevenage, Royston, Welwyn and surrounding areas)

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading high-end residential AV specialist, offering autonomy, technical authority and a clear route towards senior management or directorship.

Established in 2000, the company designs and delivers bespoke smart home and audio-visual systems for luxury properties across the UK and overseas. With 45 employees and a reputation for engineering excellence, they are now seeking a proven Project Manager to drive project delivery, uphold quality and act as the go-to technical expert within the business.

In this role, you will oversee multiple high-value AV projects from design coordination through to installation, testing and client handover. You'll manage technical delivery, lead on-site teams, maintain key client relationships and ensure each system is delivered to exacting standards. You'll also work closely with senior leadership, refining project processes and contributing to long-term growth strategy.

The Role:

Lead and deliver high-end residential AV projects from design to handover
Act as the technical authority for all AV system delivery and integration
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure flawless execution
Maintain client communication and oversee quality assurance
Travel internationally for project delivery (6-8 weeks per year)

The Candidate:

Proven experience managing complex AV projectsyears)
Strong technical understanding of AV integration and control systems (Crestron, Lutron, etc.)
Background in high-end residential or luxury AV environments
Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
Based within commutable distance of Letchworth Garden City and open to international travel
