We’re looking for a dynamic Change Manager/Project Manager who’s ready to lead meaningful transformation and deliver high-value projects that move the business forward. What You’ll Do as the Change Manager/Project Manager

Own and lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery

Build robust project plans, manage budgets, resources and timelines

Partner with teams, senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive progress

Spot risks early, solve problems fast, and remove delivery blockers

Run governance, prepare board updates and keep decision-makers aligned

Lead the rollout of new processes, systems and ways of working

Ensure teams are informed, engaged and ready for change

Manage and develop Change Analysts, guiding them to deliver their best

Oversee use cases, test plans and UAT activities to ensure quality outcomes

What You Bring

Strong track record delivering end-to-end projects and change

Ability to deliver at pace while keeping quality high

Experience coordinating UAT and defining test plans

Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar)

Great communication skills, confident with stakeholders at all levels

Strong vendor/third-party management ability

Comfortable juggling multiple projects

A solution-focused mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude
