Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Senior Architect (Buildings) based in Lethbridge, AB. The Senior Architect will oversee and lead architectural design efforts, integrating creative concepts with functionality. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, preparing design documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating frequently with the principal architect, clients, consultants, and team members to achieve successful delivery.

• At least 20 years of architectural practice with experience leading design teams, focusing on innovative building design and functionality.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering development projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage clients and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Expertise in building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Professional licensure as an architect in a Canadian jurisdiction for a minimum of 15 years.
