Hours & Compensation:

• Rate of pay will be $60–$70K/year depending on experience

• Travel 50% of the time within North America

Position Summary:

• Visit client facilities and assess client needs for quotes and estimations

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet client goals

• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as a company representative

• Maintain accurate records for contacts, opportunities, and next steps

• Work as the primary point of contact for clients through North America and build long-term relationships

• Identify opportunities to pursue – including the development of sales plans

• Complete reports for sales performances and market trends

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• Well-suited for mechanically minded individuals beginning their careers in engineering or technical fields

• Ability to read blue prints and drawings

• Collaborative mindset - including the ability to work directly with clients

• Multitasking abilities - oversee a variety of estimations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must reside or be willing to relocate to Lethbridge, Alberta area

• A valid passport is required
