This position will be responsible for administering the contract management system used by the General Counsel and Finance Departments and assisting with the implementation of the contract management software. They will play a key role in coordinating data migration and upload, developing user protocols, training users, and troubleshooting user/system issues.
In addition, this role provides legal and administrative assistance to the Office of the General Counsel, this position performs diverse and complex administrative duties of a legal and confidential nature with minimal supervision and requiring independent judgement.
The key responsibilities in this position are:
- Administer, configure and support the contract management system, including assisting with implementation, data migration, workflow setup and documentation.
- Provide training, user support and troubleshooting user/system issues. Liaise with IT and the vendor to resolve issues.
- Entering data and storing documents within the contracts management system.
- Providing legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal Counsel on legal matters.
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $4,566.76 - $5,581.29 monthly (ESS - Grade
8)
